Order Information

How to pre-order an upcoming product?

Inside MusicalStore2005 it is also possible to find new products 'coming' or other products in new supply. These indications, with the expected arrival dates, are present in the respective product sheets as you can see from the images below:

 

As we wrote, it is possible to proceed with the order (which is valid as a reservation) of these products to ensure the priority of purchase when they arrive in the warehouse.

The pre-order is not binding and you can cancel the purchase at any time.

Furthermore, it is important to know that the expected dates of arrival (where present) may undergo variations (both with regard to advances and delays) which may depend on the manufacturer, supplier or shipment.

MusicalStore2005 will be responsible for notifying changes to the estimated arrival dates as soon as possible.

 

Reservations can be made either with cards or by bank transfer.

 


If you make the reservation using the accepted cards, as soon as the product is available in stock, the system will proceed with the fulfillment of the order based on the reservation date.

 

If you make a reservation by bank transfer, the system will send an email requesting payment only when the reserved product is in the warehouse and ready for shipment. So you won't pay anything first. However, the wire transfer process can be a bit slower due to bank transfer times.

We reiterate again that the pre-order is not binding and you can cancel the purchase at any time.

How can I place an order?

Here are the steps to be able to place the order:

1. Log in if you have already registered or click REGISTER
2. In the Search Bar, enter the model of the product you are interested in and access the technical data sheet
3. Indicate the desired quantity and click on ADD TO CART
4. Once you are in the cart, proceed by clicking on GO TO CHECKOUT
5. Fill in all mandatory fields for billing and shipping information
6. Select the shipping and payment method
7. In the comments you can enter additional information regarding the shipment

 


Finally, click on PLACE ORDER, accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, return policy and the privacy policy, then your order number will appear and you will receive all information on the purchase by email.

The order will be conformed and accepted upon receipt of the shipping notification.

Is it possible to request a quote for the purchase of large quantities?

For orders with large quantities it is possible to request an ad hoc quote by sending a request and specifying the product model of your interest.

Can I request changes to an order that has been completed but not yet shipped?

It is possible to make a change to the product list only if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

CHANGE SHIPPING DATA

Changing the shipping address is only possible if the payment method used is bank transfer and the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you have used a payment method other than bank transfer, in order to proceed with the complete change of the shipping address, you will need to make an order cancellation request with relative full refund.

You can then place a new order by indicating the correct address directly at the time of purchase.

MODIFICATION OF BILLING DATA

The change in billing information is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

We understand that sometimes it is not always easy to choose products online. During the purchases it may happen to notice errors in the choice of the product. Any errors and indecisions can be easily resolved before shipment, but if the order has already been delivered to the courier, due to management difficulties, it is not possible to cancel the shipment.

 

But do not despair, if you have realized that the order placed is not what you wanted, you can always exercise the right of withdrawal.

Shipping & Deliveries

Can I specify a destination address other than the billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the purchase process you can enter a new shipping address different from the billing address. Uncheck the Ship to the same address box (as seen in the image below) and fill in the form with the new data:

Which courier do you entrust the purchased goods to?

We know that those who buy online may have preferred couriers based on their previous experiences. MusicalStore2005.com collaborates with various couriers and automatically entrusts its shipments based on internal organizational parameters.

 

Generally, based on a solid collaboration over the years, most of the shipments are entrusted to the GLS courier. However, among the other couriers we work with we list TNT, DHL, Nexive and BRT.

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

Within each product sheet, information on shipping costs is indicated. The costs may vary according to the type of product, the price and the promotions in place. Generally the shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard shipping Italy € 7.90
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over € 199
  • Express shipping Italy € 10.90

The package is delivered but I have not received it, or it is tampered with. How do I behave?

We are aware that this could often be the result of a distraction, theft, misrepresentation, fraud or online scam.

Therefore we take every report very seriously and are committed right away to guarantee the best security, transparency to our customers, employees, partners and suppliers.

 

If through the courier tracking your shipment is delivered but without you actually receiving it, we invite you to carry out the following checks before opening any case:

  • if you live in a condominium with a concierge service, check if the package is at the concierge.
  • if other people live in the same address as you, check if the package was delivered to them.
  • if you have neighbors, make sure it hasn't been handed over to them.

Sometimes it may happen that some of your acquaintances collect the shipment for you and it is advisable that you do careful checks before a theft / denial procedure is opened.

 

In the event that you are sure that no acquaintance has collected the shipment for you, you can proceed with the opening of the signature disclaimer by informing MusicalStore2005 of the incident through this form.

 

MusicalStore2005 will proceed to set up an internal investigation by collecting all the relevant information and will inform the destination branch of the incident. For the purpose of a more detailed investigation, the courier could also set up an internal investigation and send the Driver again to the place of delivery for further checks.

 

Within 7 working days MusicalStore2005 will send a result of the practice or request further additional information useful for the investigation.

 

If accepted, MusicalStore2005 will process a full refund of your order.

In case of refused practice, (in the sense that the information collected was not useful to establish any responsibilities) MusicalStore2005 will forward a formal complaint to the competent authorities including all the documentation collected and will make itself available to the authorities for any clarification or doubt so that investigations can lead to a possible responsible as soon as possible.

Any reimbursement will remain suspended until the disputed facts and any person responsible for the offense have been verified by the judiciary.

What if a product has free shipping and I add another product that doesn't?

Shipping costs are always free if in your order, beyond the final value, there is at least one product eligible for free shipping.

 

Example:

Product 2 (not eligible for free shipping)

 

In this case the shipping costs will be free.

When will I receive the tracking of my order?

If your order is shipped, usually the tracking code is generated by the relevant courier, and inserted in your order in the next 24 hours from the shipment notification. If you are unable to view the communication, we recommend that you check the spam folder of your e-mail.

Furthermore, you can always access your personal area on MusicalStore2005 where the shipping and delivery information associated with your order is always contained.

How many delivery attempts does my shipment include?

The shipment includes 2 delivery attempts. Through the tracking on the courier's website you have the possibility to schedule the delivery at particular times of the day.

 

In the event that both attempts are unsuccessful due to your inability to be found at the completed address, the shipment will remain in storage at the competent courier branch for 3 days. In these 3 days you will have to arrange for the recovery of the goods independently.

 

If you are unable to recover the goods within 3 days, the shipment will be returned to the sender with a charge for the management costs incurred, costs that can range from a minimum of 20 euros to a maximum of 100 euros depending on the type of product purchased.

All the material you buy from MusicalStore2005 travels insured against theft or damage. In the event of a claim, in order to activate the insurance procedure and obtain compensation, we invite you to carefully check the conditions of the material when receiving the order.

 

Any damage to the packaging must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words 'withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged' on the appropriate accompanying document.

 

If the damage is noticed at a later time, it will be possible to send the dispute no later than 7 days from the date of delivery, by sending the photos relating to the damage and the purchase order number to the customer service by filling in the Request for Made.

 

MusicalStore2005 will open an internal investigation in collaboration with the courier and the driver who delivered the product in order to identify the problem you declared.

What happens if the courier tries to deliver but I'm not at home?

It may happen that the courier does not find anyone to deliver the shipment. In this case

you will receive by email automatic notifications containing a URL that will give you the possibility to schedule a new delivery according to your needs.


ATTENTION: it is not possible to change the shipping data. If the address is incorrect, you can collect the package in storage. If within 3 days of sending the email, we do not receive a reply, the courier will return the product to our office and the refund will be made by subtracting the costs of return and storage.

How long does the delivery take?

The deliveries and the times in which these take place always generate a bit of apprehension on the part of those who buy online. Furthermore, it may happen that you want to receive the purchased product with some urgency. During the purchase with MusicalStore2005, in the section dedicated to the finalization of the order, you can choose the type of delivery you prefer. Usually deliveries take place within 2/3 days from receipt of the shipping notification even if times may vary depending on the geographical area of ​​the destination.

Can I change the shipping information?

You can change the shipping information only if your order has not yet been shipped and if the payment method used is not PayPal.

If you have used PayPal as a payment method and wish to change the shipping address, you will need to fill in the form requesting the cancellation and the relative refund before your order is shipped and then you will have to proceed with the insertion of a new order indicating the desired address.

I have not received the shipment on the expected delivery date

Through the management processes of our warehouse we do everything possible to respect the expected delivery times. However, even if rarely, it can happen that the delivery dates are not respected and this can depend on unexpected factors and sometimes not in the full control of MusicalStore2005.

Delays can be due to various causes, we list some of them below:

Examples of delays:

  • transport delays (both when the product arrives at our warehouses and at the customer's final delivery site). Delays may be due to unforeseen conditions concerning communication routes, weather conditions, geographical areas to be reached, etc.
  • delays due to procurement by suppliers or shipments from the parent company, often without prior notice from them.
  • while taking charge in the warehouse, you notice: damaged product packaging and / or broken product; inconsistencies on stock availability; product not compliant with shipment. These eventualities, in the absence of another identical product, lead to a replenishment from the supplier (and this could lengthen waiting times).

 

In addition, with regard to pre-order products as novelties or as a new supply already confirmed by the system, there may be postponements in the arrival date due to production, transport or customs.

In any case, you will receive advance communications that will give you the opportunity to wait for your arrival or request any refund.

How can I check if the order has been shipped?

Returns & Exchanges

Right of withdrawal: the product does not meet my expectations

We know that it is not always easy to buy online, and it may happen that the purchased product is not in line with what was expected. In this case, you can avail yourself of the right of withdrawal.

 

As you well know, the Right of Withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods for all suitable products *.

Fill out the relevant form within 14 days of receipt of the product to start the return procedure.

EXCLUSION

* The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

  • Products made to measure or modified by the customer's will.
  • Software
  • Audio-visual products
  • Sound cards, where LE license key software is included in the package

How long do I have to proceed with the return shipment?

After entering a return practice (see here how to enter a return practice) and having received the approval from MusicalStore2005 you have 14 days from the approval of the return practice to organize the return of the goods. Subsequently the system will proceed to the closure of the return procedure automatically, any deliveries after the 14th day at our logistics center will not be accepted.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded and does not apply to Contracts concluded with Professional Customers and Business Customers.

How is a refund made?

The refund is processed automatically by the system with the same payment method used during the purchase and will be visible on your bank account or credit card statement within the next 7 working days.

If you used Oney or ScalaPay as a payment method, the refund will be equal to the installments already paid and the blocking of future debits.

Extension of the right of withdrawal up to 30 days

As you well know, the Right of Withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

MusicalStore2005 extends the standard Right of Withdrawal, that is, the return within 14 days of the product without giving any reason, up to 30 days with the replacement of another product of your choice or with a MusicalStore2005 voucher (non-refundable).

The extension is valid on all items sold and shipped by MusicalStore2005.com.

Why did I get a partial refund?

Terms and Conditions for returning a product

In this short guide we illustrate the main tips and attention to be paid before sending a return to our logistics center.

 

1. Make sure you include the original accessories, manuals and packaging.

Example: (power cable, installation CD, user manuals, etc.) otherwise it will not be possible to replace or repair.

2. Make sure you pack the product with care and common sense so that it arrives at our fulfillment center undamaged.

Example: use the same package that was sent to you or add another one to make shipping safer.

3. Make sure you include a copy of the return label inside the package in order to facilitate the return process.

 

The return will not be accepted if the product does not have the original content and has visibly damaged or missing packaging.

 

MusicalStore2005 remains not responsible under any circumstances for goods returned broken by the courier. This eventuality will be communicated to the customer immediately. This eventuality will result in a re-sending to the sender with the burden of all costs incurred.

If I return a product, how and when will I receive the refund?

In the event of a return, the refund will be made using the card or payment method used during the purchase. By law, this must be done within 30 days of returning the products. On average MusicalStore2005 makes the refund within 7 working days.

Why is the offer no longer present or do I see a different price?

I received a product that is not identical to the photo ...

Having a catalog with constantly updated images and features is a priority for MusicalStore2005. Sometimes the manufacturer makes small changes from an aesthetic point of view without notice.

What are B-Stock products?

The products indicated as B-Stock are new items and may have been used for some internal demos or returned by other customers.

All B-Stock products are checked both on arrival and departure and enjoy a 2-year warranty and the right of withdrawal.

Yes, all the products for sale on the MusicalStore2005 website are new and sealed.

In some cases they may have been opened in the laboratory for inspection and control of their integrity or as happens for all stringed instruments, such as guitars and basses, both on arrival and before shipment to the customer are inspected and tested.

Ensuring that any manufacturing defect or product integrity is ascertained before the instrument reaches the customer.

 

Products that are the result of a return or have been used for some demos are marked B-Stock.

What are B-Stock products?
