Marketplace Account Manager
We are looking for a Marketplace Account Manager.
The resource will be responsible for acquiring new merchants interested in selling their products online through Marketplace platforms. Verification and management of products directed to Marketplaces.
In agreement with the Commercial Manager, the selected resource, through email and telephone contacts, will develop a new client portfolio and manage business relationships with active clients.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in online sales and product management for B2B and B2C, preferably gained in online sales service companies
- Active listening skills and excellent communication
- Accustomed to working towards goals
- Energy, determination, and motivation towards commercial roles and professional paths
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and main tools for internet browsing
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the MusicalStore2005.com srl team.
The resource will manage issues for Clients and Merchants related to products, order entries, and after-sales.
The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 2 years of previous experience in the position in a structured context.
Experience in the ecommerce sector is appreciated.

The resource will be responsible for:
- Managing the relationship with vendors and suppliers
